Recruitment Manager

United Call Centers is a leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. We provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally with Native Speakers in all languages and we are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment Manager to join our Team. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures
  • Define job descriptions and document specifications
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise recruiters on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
  • Excellent command in English
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
